nearly 20 years after this card was issued a few copies showed up on the market. It was
not easy to find out why this card was printed. Obviously NTT and a cardcompany gathered
the 17 CC bottlers for a meeting to discuss the upcoming market for verndingmachine cards
( not phonecards).
